Once a month from September - November we are recreating the intimate living room gatherings Toni Cade Bambara held in her home in Atlanta where new worlds and ideas with new people were possible. Each screening will include a workshop, a discussion and food to share.
Audacious Creations: How to Create Black Art for Joy and Resistance is the inaugural event in a series of three themed film screenings and workshops. We will explore how Black audacity has made new worlds and new ways of being possible.
